Description

Tinker Lab! is a hands-on STEM enrichment course where students design, build, test, fix, and try again. In this course, students become engineers, inventors, and problem-solvers as they tackle fun design challenges using everyday materials.

Students will work in teams to imagine ideas, build prototypes, test them out, and make improvements. Sometimes things will work the first time. Sometimes they won’t—and that’s part of the fun. Tinker Lab celebrates curiosity, creativity, and learning through experimentation.

Students will:

• Design and build solutions to fun challenges

• Test ideas and make changes to improve them

• Use teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Explain how their designs work

• Learn that mistakes help us learn

All materials are included in the cost of the course.
